This Tech Tip demonstrates how to locate the System IP Address and VoIP Daughterboard IP Address from any phone, and update the addresses using the NEC PCPro Programming Software. This tip applies to both the NEC SL2100 and NEC SL1100 phone systems.
1. Go to any phone press the Menu soft key
2. Dial 96 on the phone’s key pad
3. Press the Select soft key
4. The System IP Address (System), and VoIP Daughterboard IP Address (VoIPDB) will display for 5 seconds.
To view the information again, press the Select soft key again
