The NEC PCPro Software offers a report that allows you to compare they system’s currently programmed value against the NEC default values. If your system functions properly at default, but has issues with the programmed data, then comparing the two may assist with determining what might be causing the problem. Mobile Extension Setup on the NEC SL1100

Mobile Extensions allow a mobile phone to act as an extension off of the SL1100 Phone System. A user can use their cell phone receive calls and make calls as if they were at their office desk. Four Mobile Extensions are included with the KSU. This tip applies to both the NEC SL1100 Phone System only.

Multiple Company Auto Attendants on One NEC SL1100 Phone System

The SL1100 can be programmed to run auto-attendants for two companies. This Tech Tip will demonstrate how each company can have its own dedicated phone lines assigned to their own Call Routing Mailboxes (Auto Attendants). Each company will be set-up to use a 24-7 Part-Time Attendant with their own respective greetings. This tip applies to the NEC SL1100 Phone System Only.
